These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of breatheeasyhomeinspections.com (the "Site") and your communications with Breathe Easy Home Inspections ("Breathe Easy," "we," "us," or "our"). About the Site

The Site provides general information about Breathe Easy Home Inspections and our services, and allows you to contact us and request an inspection. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes only and is not professional advice. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for a professional home inspection performed at your property.

Inspection Services Are Governed by a Separate Agreement

The Site does not create an inspection contract. Any home inspection or related service we perform is governed by a separate written inspection agreement that you review and accept before or at the time of the inspection. That agreement, not the Site, defines the scope of the inspection, what is and is not included, and the terms that apply to the service.

Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number to Breathe Easy Home Inspections through the Site, chat widget, or contact form, you agree to receive text messages related to your inspection inquiry, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and report notifications. These are informational and transactional messages, not marketing.

  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
  • Reply HELP for help.

What We Do Not Provide Through the Site

To set clear expectations and stay within the scope of a home inspection:

  • We do not provide repair cost estimates or dollar figures for findings through the Site.
  • We do not bid on or perform repair work.
  • We do not provide legal advice regarding your purchase, sale, or contract negotiation.
  • We do not guarantee the future performance or remaining lifespan of any system or component.
  • We do not advise you on whether to proceed with a real estate purchase.

Inspection findings describe the condition observed at the time of inspection and may include severity or priority flags and recommendations to consult a qualified trade or specialist. Any such information is part of the inspection service and is governed by the separate inspection agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is owned by Breathe Easy Home Inspections or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
