I'm Konnor. I inspect every home myself, write every report myself, and hand it to you the same day in plain English. Because the place you live decides how you breathe, sleep, and feel.
When my family moved from Chicago to Arizona, I was already deep in the books, studying for the National Home Inspection exam. I didn't wait to get licensed and figure the rest out later. I wanted to learn from people who were better than me.
I found two of them. Andy Jandura at Western States Home Inspections and Steve Juraszek at Inspect The Best took me on and put me through the kind of training most inspectors never get. High-end shops, high standards, no shortcuts. When they trusted me to run inspections on my own, it meant something.
From there I kept going. I became a lead Sewer Scope technician. Then Air Quality. Mold. Radon. I recently added Solar certification, and I'm working toward Commercial now. Along the way I helped both companies overhaul their inspection software, because a finding that isn't communicated clearly might as well not exist.
Breathe Easy is everything I learned there, done my way: one inspector, every job, everything in-house.
Before I ever carried an inspection tool, I worked alongside my dad managing the Newtowne Group portfolio. Maintenance calls, repairs, full component replacements. When a water heater failed at 2 a.m., we were the ones who dealt with it.
That matters for you because I've watched how buildings actually fail over years, not just how they look on inspection day. I know what a small problem becomes when nobody catches it.
Sewer scope, mold, air quality, radon, thermal. In most companies those are phone calls to somebody else. At Breathe Easy they're my hands, my equipment, my findings. You get one inspector, one report, and one person accountable for every word in it.
When I'm not in a crawlspace, I'm on a wall. I climb year-round, I've appeared in climbing-gear commercials, and my last trip was deep water soloing up in Winslow, Arizona. Climbing and inspecting reward the same habits: check everything twice, stay calm when it's uncomfortable, and never trust a hold you haven't tested. That's how I treat your house.
No jargon, no scare tactics, no waiting. Just a clear picture of the home you're about to live in, from the one person who looked at every inch of it.

Your Home. Your Health. Our Priority.
